Celebrate August as National Breastfeeding Month!
Join the Georgia Breastfeeding Coalition tomorrow (August 8, 2018) at the Georgia State Capitol (The Gold Dome) for the signing of the 2018 Governor’s Proclamation of Breastfeeding Awareness Month in Georgia! We will, once again, have the honor of meeting the Governor and will have a photo taken to commemorate the occasion. Breastfeeding advocates, children, families and of course, breastfeeding babies are all welcome! We will gather under the dome (at the base of the staircase) around 9:30am. Our meeting with the Governor is scheduled for 10am, and we hope you will join us for lunch together afterwards nearby.
