Quarterly Meeting
Here, find required evaluation forms to obtain your CERP certificate for each quarterly meeting, beginning in February 2017. CERPS needed prior to that time must be obtained manually- please contact vicepresident@selca.info for assistance. Files will be held for the past six years as available; contact the Board of Directors for archival information.
